EU3 not working

We understand that you are a bridge between us and the responsibles.
Do you have information about the core issue causing that issue with our server, just wondering.

The next question was already discussed with the account support but does migration/transfer of user profile to another server is possible?
Probably no and what is your advise about it, what should we do, abandon our current profiles and go to another server with starting from scratch (ps: does the payments, for example I paid 70euro for the biggest pack of diamonds which is not consumed due to server malfunction will be transfered to the new one or its lost) or wait for the server to work again.

We will be glad to know what is your advise on that mater!

It is not possible to transfer accounts from one server to another. Nor is it possible to transfer items/diamonds/ships,etc. from one account to another. Please see the following: Post#1 & Post#2.

server EU3 not working again

22.2. EU3 off!! Are you kidding us, every player who has been playing for a long time knows that the problem is in the RESTART!! The restart should be from 5:00 - 5:15. If the restart ends earlier, the game will not work automatically the next day. I got a screen with an error that popped up today when loading the game. It will be attached. My opinion is that no one is paying attention to it when it still doesn't work all day.
On EU3, we are robbed of an event, a lot of diamonds, gold, especially dragons on which we can earn 200,000 - 400,000 diamonds.
Servers can be merged with account transfers, but it's not a 5-minute job.
Well, some kind of survey should be made again about it. Send an email, put the information on Facebook, Instagram, etc. You just need to pay more attention to the game. It would be a shame to let it completely fall apart.
Every player works hard on their account.

Are you dedicated to making the game go as smoothly as possible? You take us for fools because your work is neither done nor to be done. You just respond mechanically and often days later without providing any solutions. How long has it been since you solved even one problem for someone? Are you really proud of what you provide in terms of responses to players?

 

Guys are you serious,server again down,last week it was down and now again,you know some people pay in this game ,should we go to court with this or what? you get paid but cant fix server problems

 

Really again we have weekend and the game is not working.
Lot of players are coming back and spend lot of money in this game, but nobody are caring about this. This is not acceptable!

Hello. So I don't know what to think anymore. If I work like this, I'll be fired from work. Still no one has commented normally. End of the arena season - destroyer cannot be bought. Today there are dragons, diamonds cannot be. Congratulations.
Where do we have any information? Is there NO ONE in BP who can answer normally and in a good way?!

 

You must understand that this game is dead for about 6-7 years now and they dont care about it, BP number 1 game is Drakensang online thats it they get a bunch of money there,they dont pay for better servers in pirate storm anymore, maybe the game will work tommorow again but then again in couple of days it will not work for 2-3 days.

 

I play 12 years. But BP has more games so I don't see any reason not to take care of Pirates too.
