EU3 not working

EU3 isnt working for several hours now, is there any solution to this problem? @WaterWillow

The issue with the EU3 Server was reported. There appears to be a coding issue that the development team is working to correct.

With the weekend approaching, if the issue is not fixed soon, it will probably be Monday before access to the server is possible.

EU3 again off. The Valentine's event started and the game hasn't worked for 2 days. Yesterday the game worked, but we didn't have any quests from the event.

 

Restarting EU3 doesn't work and on top of that there are strangely underlined words on a white background and the game lags, which wasn't the case before

 

18.2. 2025 EU3 OFF again. Not normal.

 

EU 3 days off action, could someone start solving this?

The Forum Team has not received any update concerning the EU3 Server being offline. The server was operational on Feb. 17th and appears to have gone back offline after hard reset.

Any update that the Forum Team receives will be posted in this thread.

BP doesn't consider any compensation if the game is off for 3 days and it's an EVENT? Well, it's not fair, especially for young players. I've been playing the game for 12 years and this has never happened before and if there was a problem with the game, there was compensation.

You're kidding us, WaterWillow came yesterday to mechanically respond to the various subjects for which we have been waiting for answers since last week. The servers are still not working, today it is Europe 3 and therefore the problem is not resolved. You don't even apologize because you don't respect us. You should be ashamed of your work and close the forum because you are no longer useful. We want constructive and quick responses, otherwise what is the point of this forum. There would be so much to say about your disdain and your diligence that the page would not be big enough. Question yourself and at least apologize to the players when nothing works anymore, that's a minimum and stop with your "happy sailing" because this is really no longer the case when we come on the forum it's because we are not "happy".

They say everywhere that the problem is being solved, I wonder how it is being solved, if that's how it works, BP has absolutely screwed up
PS compensation is in place and there is also an apology from BP to eu3 players

 

Eu3 off again!!!!! This is not normal and no constructive answers! The whole event OFF!!! No apology, no compensation, nothing. Interesting that the problem is still only on EU3.
It's time to consider merging the servers. Arenas 2-2, 3-3 do not work, battlefields do not work. If the servers were merged, then especially new, small players would have the opportunity to upload coins to the battlefield and buy items and the same arenas.
We do not have answers to these questions.

 

Yes !!! and bann definitivly all cheaters ( bot user/autoclickers/rapid using item etc)

it's such a simple game and so many problems. The biggest mistake was to remove the chat. only place that allowed to get additional info of players faster than the support itself. connecting servers would have been so much fun. but luckily we have a great team that wishes you a happy sailing.

 

Sorry, but this can no longer be taken as an answer. Support referred me to the forum. But the player will not learn anything there. Who solves problems in the game? Who reports bugs to the developers? Is there no one here who would write us anything more? Why is the problem only on EU3?
