    i'm relatively new, so when does the event start? old posts stated it would start on "9 feb at noon" here in italy (GMT+1) would that mean 1 pm?
    plus, any tips for the event? how much does the deck costs? can i get the boat for free before the last day of the event? are there any items to buy in the event?
    from my understanding of the game the ship is pretty powerful, but without the deck is just a slightly better large frigade.
    please don't say it's useless to play the game, i have fun playing it, and i know all the issues with the game, i read the forum complains.
