    Ahoy Imotep,

    There has been an issue with all icons for some time, both for player and guild for arena and battlefields. There was an attempt to fix the issue, but the attempt was unsuccessful. If the icons were awarded last year, they should work again this year. However, it appears that players with existing icons on their account cannot have more than 1 icon.

    The Forum Team has no new updates on the icon issue and does not anticipate an effort to try to correct the issue.
