    Hello, I am writing a request because I unlocked the bonus map yesterday, but the internet crashed until the end of the day, so I lost the opportunity to play the bonus map. Is there any chance I could get it?

    I think the bonus map repeat itself after few days so the only thing you can do is to wait. Sadly you can't get it back if you lost the map.

    they are 10 days with the bonus map for reduction (to buy the event ships for free)

    If I miss an event map, will I be able to play it afterward?

    No. You can only enter an event map on its respective day. Previously activated event quests will still be playable and you'll receive the normal rewards of XP and gold.
