    Hi, why can't I see the new event? I don't see where or how to participate to win the currency. I also don't see where the event item shop is.

    It's already the 20th, and the event started on the 19th, and I still can't see where or how to participate. I can't see the event shop either. Can someone tell me how the game is proceeding? Are there schedules for participation? How can I see the event shop? And even though there are specific schedules, why can't I see the rankings or rewards?

    The Kingsguard event started on the 19th, but we can't access either the event or the event store on the Us1 server. Could you please report the issue to the game team?

    reload the game page in the program menu until the event appears

    I've seen Ursus tokens being sold in the store before. I wonder when Ursus tokens will be available in the store?
