Bug Solutions - Workshop, Black Screen, Missing Ready Tabs, 1/2 Off Event Issues

Ahoy Pirates,

Most issues experienced within the game can be solved by Refreshing (F5) your page or logging out within the game and pressing play again.

Solutions to fix most Game Related Issues:​

Refresh (F5) - May need to be completed several times:

• Black Screen
• Missing Arena Ready Tab
• Missing Battlefield Ready Tab

Logout From Within the Game & Push Play Again (Cannot use the back arrow if playing from a Browser) - May need to be completed several times:

• Missing Portals
• Missing Arena Ready Tab
• 1/2 Off Days not Showing Correctly

Clear Cache Upon Exiting the Game for the day & Wait until the next day:

• Workshop Issue

Contacting Support While Logged In:

• Logout of all accounts, clear cache, Connect to the Account with Issue, Scroll to Bottom of Page and Click Support (Do Not Change Information that is automatically entered - Support can only answer the ticket from the email of the account. If there is an email problem, request an email change)

Missing Support Tab While Logged In:

• Inform Support that you are missing the Support Tab and provide the Account Credentials (UserName; UserID, ServerID, Email of the account)

Post Not Showing or Can't Post in the Forum Solutions:

1. Logout of all accounts and clear cache.
2. Log into account and scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Forum Tab.
3. If not already done, create a Forum Account.
4. Create your Thread/Post on an existing Thread.:

• Most Posts Must be Written in English
• New Account Posts must have approval of the Forum Moderators before displayed.
• Posts must not be spam; must be made in the appropriate Section & about the topic of the Thread.
