problems with closed connection

    Hello support team, I hope you can help me and everyone else experiencing this same problem. I'm playing and every 10 minutes it shows "connection closed". I can't play and I would appreciate help and a solution to this problem because I want to play. Sincerely,

    the problem will be solved only by restarting the server the next morning. I'm not the only one with this problem.
    There are a lot of problems with the purchase of items in the sale - it should be 50%, but the price is full. You have to restart the game several times. Load the arenas - restart several times.
    I think that most of the players are waiting for repairs. Those repairs take a long time.
    We have a long winter event so I hope that they will fix everything in time.

    This has nothing to do with the Launcher. Same issue with Chromium. This is a new issue which occurs since you've been trying to fix the blackscreen issue.
    Sometimes I get kicked from the game. After relogging and after the steering wheel loading screen I instantly get "connection lost" with the "reconnect" button. It's really annoying and stops us from playing the game. No matter how often you restart the game or how often you press F5. You can't do anything about it and you cant login into the game... pls fix this

    There are connection issues at the moment with the game. This typically occurs with the Halloween Event, which also appears to be causing the Workshop Issues.

    Perhaps you have too many accounts logged in at the same time, your connection speed is slow, or you need to update your system, clear your cache and restart your computer. If you get past the point of the refresh and logging in/out that is needed to access the Arena Ready Tab, and then disconnect, the issue is on your end. It could be your video card, which is discussed in the link previously provided.

    We strongly advise against the use of a Browser, as Flash is no longer supported. Using a Browser, to bypass the Flash warning, puts your system at risk.

    I can assure you that this issue already occured before the start of the Halloween event.
    It has nothing to do with the graphics card, it just happens randomly. For example, it happened to me recently that I got sunk by another player, and when I clicked on "Repair," the "You were sunk" message window just disappeared, but I was still basically on the map, my ship just didn't respawn. When I pressed F5 because I couldn't do anything anymore, I got the "connection was terminated" window. The loading screen worked normally, but right after that, I immediately got "connection was terminated.". Like I mentioned before, there is no way to fix this. No matter how often I restart, relog or press F5. I can only play again after a server restart (for example, the 5 a.m. restart).....

    EU 3 offf again can't get into the game in any way just spins the wheel 15 seconds connection
    50 percent of the game can't get there and the lucky ones will play don't give instructions on how to get into the game but fix the login
