everything is fine with the tournament
you look at the overall pvp rating
but you need to look at the pvp rating of the tournament, which is located in the next tab

 

yes wings going good yes but not pvp all time broken on the sea and display on top ship....

The Headdress you see above your boat is for the Overall Total PVP Ranking and is based upon the Old PVP System. This ranking is not displayed on the game. The Headress above your boat is based upon a combination of the Old PVP System and the New PVP System.

The game currently displays the Total Ranking, Monthly, Weekly, & Daily Rankings after the PVP System Change. Also, you can see the Current PVP Season Rankings.

The Forum offers a search feature which would have displayed the following links which may prove useful:

Hi everyone! I'm especially referring to the moderators and the development team. Many accounts like mine have a bug in the old PvP season that prevents us from fully tackling the new season. I'm obviously referring to rank: the game awarded me the highest rank crown even though I only had 2,000 points in the old system. How can we fix this?
even though I have the rank of commander with about 2300 points in the old pvp ranking the system gave me the rank of fearsome pirate (currently belonging to Fear-1)
