I would like to report a situation that is harming many players in the 2v2 and 3v3 arenas. Yesterday, numerous accounts were unfairly banned for playing against "push" teams. The problem is that, in these cases, there was no benefit to the banned players, as a team with more than 60 wins gains practically nothing when facing push accounts, often not even 30 ranking points. Even with screenshots, evidence, and open tickets, many remain banned.

The proposal we make is simple: implement a minimum level requirement to participate, especially in the 3v3 arena. If only players above level 20 or 30 could create tasks, this would eliminate a large part of the problem. Today we are held hostage by malicious players who use push accounts only to provoke bans and disadvantages for those who actually play.

Yesterday, for example, two push were placed in an arena that already had more than 20 teams competing legitimately, solely with the intention of disrupting the competition. Furthermore, we're talking about an arena that releases items we haven't played with in over two years for fear of being banned, and yesterday this was further proven, making the damage even greater.

Without a minimum level limit, there will always be someone creating 2 or 3 level 1 accounts to enter the 3v3 arena and cause punishments for others. The system is too rigid, while the rules are flawed, and this further alienates the few remaining players.
We ask that you consider this suggestion urgently, as we want to play fairly and without fear of being punished for something beyond our control.

    Thank you.

  2. And if you cannot implement a new system, we kindly ask that you evaluate each situation carefully before applying a punishment to any player, because from what I’m seeing, some people are clearly receiving preferential treatment. Out of every ten players who end up matched against a push team, only one gets banned, while the other nine walk away without any consequences.
Why are only some players being checked?
What exactly is your validation criteria for this?
