workshop bug

    Ahoy!
    My workshop is not working,
    2 days ago my canon upgrade crashed.
    I can't pick it up. I tried everything I found here in the forum.
    I even reinstalled the game and it still didn't work.
    Even Clear Cache Upon Exiting the Game for the day & Wait until the next day didn't work.
    Thanks for any fix (EU4)
    edit: after three days it finally works :)
