Why should I be humiliated every day?

Taking advantage of software errors (bugs);

Engage in any activity that restricts or prevents the use of the site by another person or that, according to Bigpoint criteria, Bigpoint expositions, its customers or suppliers to any type of disadvantage or loss.

9 TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
Bigpoint reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify and terminate the account of any individual at any time and for any reason including, but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms of Service; (b) disrupting the play of any Game or acting in an unsportsmanlike manner ....

For over a year I have been asking managers to penalize dishonest players as per T & C. The violations are obvious that I ask: Managers, why should I be humiliated every day?

I will attempt to answer your concerns individually.

Forum Moderators do not have access to player accounts. Therefore, your complaints about players taking advantage of software errors must be sent to support. The complaint needs to be specific and include, as much as possible, the following: date, time, boat name, name of server, name of guild, location of contact (arena/game zone), screenshots and/or videos. You may send your concerns and proof to support any accusations you have to the Customer Care Team by clicking HERE.

I am ashamed to show here the answer I had to the support. So I'll send it in the box.

Thank you for your attention but you know that I have already made many demuncias. And none, so far, has had attention from the moderators or any other Bigpoint.
The answers are always the same:
Talk to the support;
inform yourself in the forum;
we are working on it;
you are checking;
we are not authorized, etc ...
I, as a customer, are demanding that they comply with what is written on T & C. The authorization you need is there and very clear. The refusal to apply what is provided in the rules of the game is harming me as a player and as a customer of this company.
Information for complaints !! ?? This is totally dispensable. The bug leaves huge, gigantic trails. Just check any list of any game event. In LATAM, for example, the first 4 pages of PVP hanking are from buggy players. I'm not asking to check all the game accounts. And not to give ban of 100 years for all.
But can you start to do some justice ??

Vjmasiero told you all the truth. This really nice, good worked game, in this moment is an ugly joke. Why you not clean the buggy-s. How is possible to sunk a pirahna 33k in ONE shoot??? Of course, you can put each day 'diamond rush', nobody will buy al least 1 diamond, if know all these things. All the best, K. Solo... P.S-played kingsguard event : 500k PV (five hundred thousand, a half million-yes !!!) ship, sunk in 3 (three) seconds, by a quickly fire speed enemy boat, what do you think about?

It's impressive!! After 2 years of inertia they made this update ridiculous !!
As much as I have and want to have patience gets difficult.

Tip: Since you can identify who is buggy, why not turn them into Sloop.
Alas, change that warning: If you still want to leave the port, your boat will have the force of a Sloop !!
