Why game dont working?

    on europe 1 i trying to come but black screen

    I tried it, on other server but it said the game session was over .

    That generally means that you have to put in your login information again. This sometimes happens when refreshing occurs or you have timed out from the game.

    Have you tried the usual, clear cache, cookies, reset router, close down all background programs, shut down and restart computer, etc.?

    ALL Servers are operational. LA1 & US1 were down after the sync, but these are also operational now.

    I have checked ALL the servers once again. They are ALL up and running. Occasionally, I had to wait a second or two for the black screen to disappear. But, with patience, I was able to get on the game.

    My suggestion is to try a different Browser. If no luck then, clear your cookies/cache, Flash Cache and then restart your computer.

    If that does not help contact Support.

    For what it's worth,I couldn't log in today.On both eu1 and eu3 it said no account with that name/password combo existed.Tried many times,even typed while looking at every single key to make sure I typed correct,cleared cache,restarted PC,the works but nothing.

    Reset password and I got in without any trouble.
