WHERE IS THE JUSTICE IN THIS WORLD ?

hi all... although it is nice to see big point helping the new guys out...what about all of us who have already spent loads upgrading stuff....only to now be shown you could have got it a lot cheaper??
eg.1. Bombastic cannons...for those of us that were already full before they invented a workshop and fire essence....we now have to spend double the amount to get the essence when new players will get it as they go along.
eg.2. Half price captains orders day....another thing that has just came out of the blue...what about those of us who have already upgraded them...new players can now do it for half the price?

like I say its nice of them to be helping the new players...but what about the ones that have been here for a long time ....what do we get for our loyalty and support of the game ? (apart from a kick in the teeth)
Where is the justice in this world ?

Well, for one, the players that have been around a lot longer had far less competition to get where they are. New players are pretty much facing the reality that they will never have a chance to get top spot for PVP and probably not top 10. Nor will they even have a glimmer of hope of being arena season winner for a variety of well known reasons.
So this just gives a little balance to a system that has naturally become stacked in favor of older more experienced players that had less competition and have had time to learn all the tricks and strategies. If new players feel they have no chance whatsoever then the game will begin to die.
Also, if BP keeps the game static to satisfy older players it risks becoming stale to everyone involved.
They are faced with the fact that they can only come up with imperfect solutions that cannot possible satisfy everyone.

I am moving your thread to General Feedback as I am not involved in any decision making processes with regards to updates and potential changes made to the game.

 

There is something really ironic about a plea for "Justice" in a pirate game.

That said, the people who bought first had the advantage of a long period of time with fewer boats being equipped with full Captain's orders (or full bombs or. . . .).
I think most people in this game are aware that bigpoint does periodically discount items, you just need to be patient.

No matter when you started playing this game you are likely to have heard storied about how hard it was in the early days (no free dives, one bomb per map, mostly junk in dives etc.)

 

it took them over year to discount co's,
still no help for all of us with full bombs to get essense!!
those tat arent full get enough to upgrade as they get them,
i figured it out , it roughly cost 70k ds to get minimum of 25 essense(without spins or being lucky0
then we have 5 or more bombs sitting in storage that are of No use whats so ever!!,
i know newer players that have more bombs upgraded than i do, and i constantly am diving and spending ds on 1/2 dive day, and yet it does Not make sence to spend that kind of ds just to get enough to upgrade 1 bomb(yes with 10 essense left oer ,so for every (approx. 140 ks ds you can upgrade 3 bombs) totally rediculous cost for the little that we get, I will NOT fill voodoo any more NOR will i spend anymore ds on 1/2 off,
IT AINT WORTH IT!!!!
