Why Don't Give Medal this battleground to me?

There is an error at present with the new battleground medal reward system. The team are aware of this issue and working on it.

The medals should be awarded as follows:

The player with the most battleground action points wins the eagle medal and 3 coins. It doesn't matter whether they are on the winning team or not. Sinking the king gives a bonus for the whole team. Coins are based upon your battleground actions:

Place / Reward
1 / 1 Eagle Medal Token, 3 Coins
2 / 2 Coins
3 / 2 Coins
4 / 2 Coins
5 / 1 Coin
6 / 1 Coin
7 / 1 Coin
8 / 1 Coin
9 / 1 Coin
10 / 0 Coins
11 / 0 Coins
12 / 0 Coins

 

it not working
i was 4th and i got 1 coin
so its bugy??

 

At present there does appear to be a bug ANIKHTE particularly with the first rank player not receiving an eagle medal. The coins are awarded based upon battleground actions.

 

i finished 4th and i got 1 coin in the total ranking
i was 5th in the ranking if you check only the damage dealt

so the ranking is based upon????

damage dealt???
damage dealt + battleground actions??

NOOOOOO Where is My "1 Coin"

 

It is based upon the overall battleground actions which would include damage dealt on the final scoreboard.

The team are working on fixing the ongoing issue with the coins not being granted correctly. If we receive further information we will be sure to post the update as soon as we are informed.

 

the bug fix timedown fixed nothing
there are still the same problems in the battleground
1. no medal and wrong coins reward
2. at 0 it kicks you out from battleground
3. the clicking and shooting is problematic, you can not select an enemy and even if you have you may stop shooting for no reason
4. some peopel use invisibility others they can not

i post this here because i can not reply to your posts in bug and fixes sections
today timedown FIXED NONE OF THE ISSUES

call it a failure take it down
its ridiculous to play the battleground and for what ever reason someone else gets your medal.

The bonus code is not working
you get the coins you get the 2 bloods

BUT NOONE GETS THE 3 EAGLE MEDALS

so the bonus code to calm would have been if it work and not throw oil in the fire.

 

okey its bugy but it gives you all but the screen does not refresh the eagle medals!?!?!?!?
if you log out and log in again
then the eagle medals are refresh correctly

okey there is a bug in the bonus code but it is only not refreshing the screen.
maybe not bad bug but still a bug.
