What to upgrade?

hello, if anyone could help me decide what to upgrade it would be really good. I have frostband and other ships but not upgraded, frost is max now but i dont have a pvp ship and if i start to upg this summer i calculated and it cost a lot fo diamonds which i think are better at spending at seals but still dont know. If you could give me a feedback of what to upgrade i would be really happy.

Information and statistics about upgrades can be found HERE. Aside from the stats, you may find that you prefer one ship over another. Many players use the Frostbrand for both PVP and farming. Purchasing a premium package (real money) for you account can be advantageous for collecting seals. A Bronze premium package lasts for 30 days and will give you one seal per day along with other in-game 'perks'. If you do not want to spend real money, completing the daily quests in various zones, completing Pirate Glory, and the daily achievements for the Battlegrounds and the Arenas will award you diamonds. Waiting for a sale day to make in-game purchases to upgrade your ships is always a good idea.

I'm sure there are other pirates here with suggestions for upgrades. If you are a member of a guild you may want to ask some of the more experienced players what they recommend.

I'm surprised by this response. You genuinely sound like someone who cares about Pirate Storm. If only the devs shared this same idea.
