    It,s now been nearly 6 months and I havent been able to play the game and nothing has been done to help me. I have already asked in the forums for help and contacted the customer support but im still not able to play the game. I know its not my pc or anything else.
    What is going on???

    I am sorry you feel frustrated and cannot play the game but as you have already contacted the Customer Care Team there is no more i can do for you as they can better assist you.

    If you have not heard from the Customer Care Team for a while then it could be worth sending in another support ticket.
