URGENT! URGENT!

BIGPOINT I have received 2 renewals of the bronze pack without requesting so now I have to pay for those extra 2 months. I read my email saying your bronze pack has been renewed. It said I can cancel it and it only gave me two unspecific steps on how to cancel renewal. Where will I go to cancel this renewal that occurs every month.

To cancel the auto-renewal of your premium package click the 'payment' button after initially signing in and then click the small link (at the very bottom of the window that appears) that says ' Status and Cancellation'. On the new window that displays you can click the small 'cancel' link listed under 'action' to stop the auto-renewal feature from occuring.

Are you referring to promotional (bonus) codes sent out via the newsletter or those associated with purchases or another type? Please provide us some specifics so that we can be of assistance.

 

at the bottom of the options on where I clicked cancel action, I saw 3 promotional codes.

 

These are associated with a feature known as 'fast pay' where once agreed by you your information is stored for ease of use when making future payments. When you make purchases of in game currency and use this feature as opposed to another payment method you are granted a '+ 10% bonus'. Each promotional code corresponds to a bonus you can receive when purchasing currency with this payment method.
