urgent payment problem

    I bought bronze pack with my grandmother's credit card. and bought 1 month premium pack. kindly check my account because i still have it active and its been 1 month and 9 days. and when i check the payment option all the premium pack says already activated! can you check please if it is true because this is important. EU4 633920

    Hi,

    It is likely that your premium package is set to automatically renew. To cancel the auto-renewal of your premium package click the 'payment' button after initially signing in and then click the small link (at the very bottom of the window that appears) that says ' Status and Cancellation'. On the new window that displays you can click the small 'cancel' link listed under 'action' to stop the auto-renewal feature from occuring.

    You can contact the Customer Care Team if you wish and they will be happy to look into this further on your behalf. You can do so by clicking Here. Remember to include your user id and any relevant information you have regarding your issue.
