Unprecedented Lag

How can the amount of lag and freeze even be possible during a event, do the devs even look at this server? Freeze on water, freeze in maps, spinning wheel of death a unresponsive page on refresh. This is unacceptable. I loose six thousand special ammo in a bonus map and supports response is sorry about your bad luck. What!?!? Come on if you can not make the game run smooth the least you can do is give us the diamond items back wasted while attempting to progress on the game.

 

Just a example of the stellar customer support of the Pirate Storm team for any new players even thinking about spending money on this game.

Got me today as well unbelievable that this is okay with support.

 

I agree that they need to fix lag but lag has always been an issue in this game. I do not know if they will ever get it fixed or even if they are trying to fix this problem. I do not know how much resources I have lost or matches I have lost because of it but they do not ever seem to care and yet I play. I am almost thinking I am the one with the problem. Support could be much better!

 

Yepp never had lag before as now its a daily thing always mid day my time zone not going to vest funds till this stops BP so look at my account and see how much you will start losing monthly.

 

If this can make you feel better I say I lost about 50K Ds in Dragon Fire Cannonbals because I froze twice at the end of the final map to get the event treasure chest. Lost all my lives and I did not play for 2 days bacause I think that's not right at all and I was VERY frustrated. Some guildmates told me to place a ticket, but I know already what the answer will be: no refund for connection problems that SURELY are on my side and are NOT their responsibility...weird thing these connection problems happen ONLY with USA1 BP server. Useless to say I gave up about that treasure chest: not enough Ds for recovering by my loss.

 

Yes I did not bother to run the expensive map, believe I was told 15k special ammo or so to finish it to get some bloods, some chaos rockets, and some other rocket. Oh and a bomb or nailer, wow what a map for the tough players is how they put it I believe. All for 2500 diamonds to complete the chest laughable this event was a joke compared to last year. Do you feel that players? It is the squeeze of a game in it's death throws. Milking them diamonds till the wells run dry.

 

seriously as if the company was going to give us 2500 diamonds by closing the chest will be the end of the game

because 2500 diamonds is all a player will ever need in the game

This is really irritating, we wait all day to get a couple of the top players in an arena match, then BAM lag right before we see opponent then over by the time lag is over... Very Frustrating.

 

You think that's bad? I got FROZEN half way through the Voodoo map 3 days in a row. Used all my lives and got no rewards ( think 5 boms and 5 nailers ).
