phil1985 is correct. To enter the New Moon Lottery first login via the main piratestorm webpage. Once you have logged in click the 'New Moon' button at the top of the screen next to where you choose which server you wish to play on. A hover window will appear with the option to register for the lottery.

is the lottery blocked in certain countries?!

 

i dont think so mate it right at the top on the right hand side mate

 

where is it ?

 

i do not know on the home page when i log it it next to payment that is strange mate most be different mate it might be something to do with the country you are from mate i know i seen something in the past about the new moon an certain countries or server but i am not 100 % sure mate

ZoOooz this might help you mate if you are from them countries then that why you can not get mate took me along time to find that

every period of time there is a new moon lottery. and if you sign up for it you have a chance to win out of all the other player who signed up too. the winner will be randomly picked on the new moon day to win. 1k diamonds per doubloon.
