    Ahoy,


    We would like to introduce you to our latest invention: "TThe Lag Tracker!" As we repeatedly receive complaints about lags that seem to have no real consistency, we need to collect more data to analyse the issue.


    The Lag Tracker

    If you open a game, please move your ship. (This needs to be the first step if you have just opened the game).

    Then press Ctrl + I

    Now you can see a pop-up window. You can drag it over your playfield, you can increase its size with your mouse wheel, and you can also minimize it by clicking the little red corner (indicated by the arrow).

    Important: If there are heavy lags, the player can take a screenshot of the graph and send it via support ticket by clicking Here.
