    hello, Some ******* locks the game on important days, I don't know who did it, but please look into this matter urgently. Today is the end of the season but the game is locked????

    Try to fix the game completely, not just to solve the current problem. Is it that easy to crash the game? If the BIGPOINT team cannot find a solution to this, then we don't need to stop here, it's a shame for our money and time. Players should take good care of the game and stay away from cheating. Anyway, give a logical answer to the message, satisfy us, compensate us for our losses and show your players that you are the authority here.I would also like to add this: do not direct it to support, they will direct it to you.

    Ahoy pirate1988,

    The Forum Team relays issues to the Development Team. The Forum Team cannot fix the game.

    You would be correct. The Forum Team is the contact for game issues. Support is the contact for individual account issues, that only impact a single account. Also, contact Support for any suspensions on an account and to report players in violation. All issues that impact an entire server or multiple servers need to be reported in the Forum.
