Test server doesn't work (Still)

Every time the test server has been online (About 2 years ago was the first time I tried it) it has been impossible for most people to play on it. It will say something along the lines of "This account does not exist" when you try to login with your account, and when you create an account on the test server page, it brings you to the Euro server. I don't expect this to be fixed, but just so you know.

Hi,

There is not a new set this time round, however there are three new boss npcs on the maps with special rewards. You can get an account set up for the test server by contacting the customer Care Team. Remember to include your user id and your credentials so as to aid the support team in setting up an account on your behalf.

I tried for 2 years as well with no luck. I finally sent in a ticket to customer support and they emailed me a user name and password and it works for me now for the last year or so.
