    Since the start of the summer event, we haven't been able to purchase the Tempest Bulkhead, even though it's only available during this event.
    With only 5 days left before the end of the event, I hope it will be on sale before Sunday, 27 July.Best regards

    If you're referring to the Big Tempest Bulkhead, that one comes out on August 1st at a special event, not the Summer Event.

    luis14 is correct. The Tempest Bulkhead is only available during the Pirate Storm Anniversary Event.

    Okay, actually, for many years since the game began, the summer event started later, at the end of June or beginning of July, and ended between 7 and 15 August.
    So you could buy the Big Tempest Bulkhead during the event.
    But thank you for the information.
