    Hi ,

    How long do you have to wait for support to get back to you with a payment issue ive just spent alot of money and you didnt credit me , i wish to get this sorted ASAP.

    The Customer Care Team do tend to get back to everyone as soon as possible but i cant be sure exactly how long they will take but i assure you someone willso please be patient and someone will get back to you soon :)

    Quite annoying ive got a £200 transaction pending :/

    Anything else ... no thanks for your help (You could tell them to hurry up though :p )
