    Ahoy Pirates,

    We recently had technical issues with our customer service tool. This may have resulted in a prolonged reply time than usual.

    The problem behind the issue was caused by a technical change made on the domain by our provider. All support requests submitted while the issue was ongoing have not been lost and do not need to be resent.
