    One is true that support team is for nothing they dont care about anything... i love this game and i ask them to move my chat ban to 6 months and give one chance but they dont care about it thats suck.. i rather quit this game.. if there is no another chance how people gonna be become better people by by fixing there mistake.. everyone should get another chance to proof there. Im hoping to get another chance so i can become better person.. just one chance please please please..

    I was in the same situation last year, when i got banned for 1 month.. contacted the customer care team and they told me the reason.. i actually quited the game.. months later i understood that every ban has a reason and we have to obey the rules.. lol, sorry but that's the truth.. you got banned for a reason, i got banned for a reason.. and you know it.. :p
