support does not work

    I did not receive my premium rewards yesterday and I discovered it today because the Europe 3 server was out of service. The problem is that I can't even contact support because I'm not authenticated for this service it seems. I know that the problem comes from the game and so I am coming to report it to you here in the hope of being able to contact support by tomorrow and receive my rewards which are due to me because otherwise it is called theft.
