    Thanks Waterwilow, so now i know, people from the support could be a kind of referee and player as well..
    Well well, very interesting indeed..
    So an assumption :
    If one or several of them, playing on the same server as our guild, and if they are in an "enemy" guild, how can we be sure to be treated objectively,
    when we contact them for asking a request ?
    By coincidence, whatever we asking for, they always say : no, we don't know, we can't do anything, or they don't answer..
    An exemple : some of our members did all the quest and bonus maps since the 16 december and the cliff-diver succes in the winter's chest stay open.
    It's a bug , the support can check it, but they don't give them anything after 3 requests
    A bit strange isn't it ?

  2. Unfortunately it is anyway.
    Example:
    Some account has the dragon deck uncertain by a "moderator friend".
    This has been reported several times, but they do nothing.

    As waterwillow has explained to you, Support and Forum Moderators do have access to accounts on every server which allow for them to check the status of the servers. Some actually play the game, while others do not.
    Moderators and the support team care for the game the same way you do. That is the reason they have access to all severs. We frequently forward the opinions and concerns expressed on the forums and other channels to the development team. Their boats are not in guilds.
