Strange Arena

I've been playing on Europe 2 for over 12 years, and I regularly see players openly cheating in arenas, and despite reporting it to the support team, they don't get any penalties.
For example, in the current season (81), one player has created dozens of accounts and teams in 2v2 and 3v3 and it's obvious that he's playing against himself.
He currently has 15 wins in 2v2, so he can win the destroyer and 150 in 3v3, one win away from the arena deck.
I had to send 6 messages to the support team to get them to agree to investigate, while telling me that I wouldn't be able to know their decision...
Similarly, during season 77, 6 players from the same guild played 55 matches with each other, the calculation is very easy to do, so it's openly push, which is forbidden, but despite reporting this to support, they were not punished in any way...
I'd like to point out that support requires screenshots of the arena tables, because according to them, they can't see them...
Which is very strange because about a year ago, support wanted to ban various members of our guild, including myself, for a week, a month or a year!
For supposedly pushing in 1v1, for 4 or 5 matches between members of the same guild...
It's obvious that these few matches between members of the same guild, most of whom were level 50, were anything but push matches, because winning 40 or 50 points in 1v1 is pointless.
What's more, in our case, curiously enough, they were able to see the arena tables.
All this leads me to believe that the support system applies the rules of the game and any penalties in a very random and subjective way...

You must contact Support concerning pushing.

Support cannot see "arena tables". Support sees player data files. If your account was suspended for pushing, perhaps someone presented the "arena tables" with their report of pushing.

Players do not have a right to know any action taken or not taken against any account other than their own. Any player that reported your account for pushing would not be notified of actions taken against your account.

So following your reasoning, that would mean that a player had reported us to support, because 3 or 4 members of our guild had by chance played 4 or 5 matches in 1v1, without any desire to push, since 40 or 50 points in arenas don't pay anything.
What's more, as our guild has around ten active players, and there are few active players on Europe 2 and even fewer in arenas, it's only mathematical that they sometimes meet up by chance in 1v1.
As a result of this slanderous and defamatory denunciation, the support has abusively and for no good reason, banned several players from our guild for a week, a month or a year !
We had to send several messages to support to get them to remove these unjustified bans, without ever acknowledging their mistakes.
On the other hand, when I contacted support during the 77 arena season to point out and demonstrate irrefutably that 6 players from the same guild had played more than 50 matches between them in 1v1 (so 500 points, which allows you to buy the arena Bermuda lights), they were not punished in any way, despite this flagrant and proven push, because we continued to see them in the game afterwards.
Your response therefore confirms what we thought, and what many other players think, that the support punishes some players randomly, abusively and subjectively and lets other players break the rules openly, without any punishment.
It's as unfair as it is incomprehensible, especially for players who respect the rules and some of whom spend money on the game.

Support does not suspend accounts. The Forum Team cannot suspend accounts.

I cannot verify that someone reported your account and others for pushing. It does appear that did occur.

A player is not informed of the actions taken or not taken toward another account that they report.
