    Hey i have a quick question about the 30% chance to preserve decks with storm anchor. my understanding is that every time you get sunk there is a 30% chance to not lose a level on a deck but my question is does that 30% pertain to all the decks on the ship at once? or does it only affect 1 deck randomly? like if i go out and get sunk 10 times then roughly there should be 3 preserves in that but if i have 2 decks on do both get preserved or only 1 at a time? maybe im just not understanding it but the 30% chance to preserve decks that is on it seemed rather vauge to me
