So i got banned

I rarely play the game and this is the first time I logged in in years, but since I saw that there was gonna be a Bloodmoon auction, I decided to stay for a bit and try my luck. At around 17:40 I placed a single offer on the auction and lost connection. I tried to relog in for hours but nothing worked, so I gave up, and now I find out that I got banned for 1 month, which is kinda upsetting because I don’t think I did anything to deserve it. As I said, I never really play the game.
Apparently I actually won the auction, but that’s weird since the price was way too low — those items go for hundreds of thousands of diamonds, and it’s quite odd winning it for such a low price. What is going on? All the other items were sold for less than 100k, which is unheard of a couple of years ago.

I want to know whether or not me contacting the support will do anything or I am screwed?, I was also wondering whether or not I will be able to buy the auctioned stuff. The ban will last for 1 month; I am not sure how this works. I will also be missing part of the Halloween event.

I didn’t make this post to ask for help from the forum moderators I know your powers are limited when it comes to bans. I mainly wanted to hear from other players and see if anyone has some answers or similar experiences.
As for the support team, I’ve already contacted them but haven’t gotten any response so far. From what I’ve read in other posts, it can take up to two weeks for them to reply, which is way past the expiration date of the auctioned items and that’s what I’m most worried about.
I’d like to know if I’ll still be able to claim or buy the items I won in the auction house if the ban doesn’t get lifted, and what the actual chances are of the ban being reverted.
Also, I’m curious why do you guys think I got banned? Like I said, I don’t really play the game much beside checking out the auction house the other day I’ve barely had any playtime
