    is there a prerequisite for the skull shop to open its been a while since ive played

    Ahoy haunted415,

    Skulls can only be used on Skull & Crossbones Day. A player must have reached a certain level in order to purchase items on Skull & Crossbones Day. Some previous items are no longer available to purchase. Even on Skull & Crossbones Day, the ability to see how many skulls you have is no longer displaying.

    On Skull & Crossbones Day, if you have previously earned the PVP Ranking to purchase items, those items should appear available for purchase. If you cannot see items to purchase, then you have not reached the necessary ranking. With the current PVP System, it is more difficult to reach the ranking necessary to open items to view and purchase.
