skull and crossbones day

i have 1 and a half years of skulls saved up but i cannot spend them on this skull and crossbones day because i cant find merchant any tips on where it is or is there something i am missing.

 

haunted4125 on that specific day you only buy skull bloods,skull cannon balls and the donor but in order to buy those items you need to be a high PvP rank for cannon balls you need to reach sea lion(100K PvP points)

There is still a problem seeing the amount of SKULLS you have and not all PVP items show up.
Some items will show if you have enough SKULLS to purchase, or if you have purchased them before.
When you click on the item it will tell you if you have enough SKULLS.

whats the point of skulls if you cant see how man you have and also have no where to spend them. my question is : is Warmaster ever going to be fixed?? itsbeen forever!

skulls can be spent on skull and crossbones day if you have enough skulls the warmaster doesnt usually show up, if you look in the standard merchand the items should be there. i dont thing warmaster will ever be fixed.
