    Currently, you can cast a skill either by pressing it with the mouse or by pressing CTRL + 1 to CTRL + 0. This is really a failed system. If they wish to make a second bound (CTRL) they should allow the option to configure and change the key-binds to whatever suits you. There's no option for this, currently. Please change this, it annoys me so much..

    no. its not gonna be changed. they already denied that in February.
