    Please fix the ships theatre. It keeps coming up with "watch 3 videos". But when you click play, all it does is give you the circle like it is loading. It NEVER loads. This has been going on for a week.

    Same problem here. For the first time I have not been able to complete all five videos in a day ( has happened twice, maybe again today). Keep getting that same broken one over and over.


    Update: Now it seems to be broken far more than it works. Haven't even gotten a bad one since yesterday. Nothing available. Wonder if this "feature" will disappear soon.

    I have had to endure watching a video in ships theater 10 times! And have not received a thing for it. Why cant this be taken care of? we watch videos from advertisers that BP I'm sure gets paid for, yet the players watch and get nothing but bad videos. Where are my diamonds, gold and xp? Please take care of your players and fix it, also i would think some kind of compensation for the wasted time would be in order. BP you are not coming through with what your stating, its known as false advertizing!!

    I have been able to do my 5 videos yesterday and today. I assume that means the glitch has been fixed. Thank you.

    Have to say that it's still broken.. watch the same video 5 times today and no reward..
    Last 5 days I've watch 3 videos ,after that it's broken and can't look at more videos..:(

    Since the start of Ship's Theater, NOT once has it worked for me. Yes, I have turned off ALL ad blockers. I live in Canada, so maybe no videos are not available for me. Unknown. Only answer i get from support is to turn off ad blockers. Big deal, no help there. I have played Rising Cities, same kind of feature there and it works for me there no trouble. So problem is NOT with my computer. Any useful suggestions? It would be nice to get free goodies like everyone else. Thanks.

    yes it is funny
    that ship theater work in rising cities another game of the same company perfect no problems
    and yes when they bring it in here it does not work!?!?!?!?

    come on developers
    just copy paste the code form rising cities
    and if you can not do it
    i will do it for you for free

    Most of the time ship theater takes forever to download. So you end up being 'bumped' off PS because you've been idle for over 5 minutes.

    New issue for me with ships theater, my videos window are cut off, I can watch the video, but at the bottom, the window is cut off so I can't see the button to get the rewards, this has been going on now for a few weeks.
