    ships theater not working for me. worked once about 2 months ago for 1st video then never again. please help

    Hi,

    I'm afraid there are some known issues with the ships theater which can prevent some players from using the feature. It is possible that you are not affected by these however. What does you ships theater window look like when you open it? Is it blank, or do advertisments display correctly but fail to provide rewards?

    the window is normal with "available videos 5",checked and "NOW" also checked. As if there were a video playing but there is not. It has been this way since very first time....3 or more months ago now. When I click on action, nothing happens.
