    Go to options (gears in right top corner), then system settings, then fx and you will see the switches for turning various things on and off.

    Hi,

    -Scruff- and J3$V!N are correct. To control which visual effects are enabled or disabled first navigate to the graphics window. Click the 'Options' button in the top right control panel. Then click 'System settings'. Once this window is open click the 'Graphics' tab (the furthest tab on the right hand side). From here you can enable or disable certain visual effects including clouds.
