Looking at the steel enhancement its says hp bonus from bulkheads, as I have two bulkheads ie tempest and catamount do I receive double bonus on this ie one bonus for each bulkhead as the descriptions does say bulkheads not bulkhead.

I apologise for the delay in replying to your post.

Yes this bonus applies to each bulkhead you have. For example if you have 1 Bulkhead and you have Steel Enhancement level 4 (bonus +80) adding another bulkhead will result in a total bonus of +160.

Wedgewood, does this mean you can add more than one bulkhead to a single ship, and the additional bulkhead(s) add(s) to the total HP of that ship?

If ths is correct, is there a limit to the number or number of types of bulkheads that can be used to enhance the HP on a single ship?

Please clarify. I had assumed that bulkheads were like sails, keels, and lower/middle/upper decks where a new choice replaced the old enhancement rather than supplementing the benefits of the old enhancement.

 

You can have at present two different Bulkheads on a ship. You can have one 'Tempest' class Bulkhead and one of any other Bulkhead available in game. At present, adding another Bulkhead when you have two already will result in one being replaced.

The easiest way to know what will be replaced if you have two already is: Tempest Bulkheads replace other Tempest Bulkheads and Bulkheads not labeled with the title 'Tempest' will replace ones that are also not labeled as being 'Tempest'.
