Scatter Stacking

    Do items that give you minus cannon scatter stack? ie. if I have Bora figurehead and Eagle set(4 item) which both give -scatter, do i get effect from both or just one?

    You can't have the full Eagle set and Bora figurehead :p But I believe they do stack.
