Rules for USA1 Server

    Hi
    As I understand it, participation in certain competitions like the New Moon Raffle for example are not allowed in many of the states within the country.

    Are these rules only for USA residents or for everyone who plays on the USA1 server irrespective of which country they actually live in?

    I don't think , in italy there isn't the new moon raffle .. simple :p
