Rockets Are Duds after Winter Event?

    I sent a request for help to Support telling them my Thunder and Lightning Rockets were only doing 1/10 of the damage they were supposed to. They replied asking if I put any improvements on my ship during the Winter Event. I responded yes, with a list of improvements and have not heard back any more from them. I am still only getting 1/10 damage on rockets. What is going on here?
