    You recieve diamonds and experience for taking the last shot on the Little Fear NPC.

    As you shoot it, it will drop boxes from time to time. Some of the rewards you can get from those drops are diamonds (140 per box), gold, lunar bubbles and handyman 3000. And as Wedgewood said, if you get the last shot in and kill him you will get quite a bit of gold, diamonds and xp.
