Request for Temporary Event Discounts

Hello,
We've noticed that many players are returning to the game specifically for the current event, and we would like to reinforce the request for reduced prices.
Since the event only lasts for a limited time, returning players are at a significant disadvantage compared to accounts that have remained active and accumulated equipment and resources over a much longer period. Offering temporary discounts would give returning players a more realistic chance to compete and participate actively in the event.
At the same time, we believe this would also be commercially beneficial. Many players are willing to purchase payment packages and invest additional money into their accounts, but are currently waiting to see whether upgrade and ammunition discounts will be activated. With these discounts available, players would be much more likely to purchase packages, improve their equipment, stock up on ammunition, and ultimately spend considerably more during the event.
This would benefit both sides: players would receive better value and have a fairer opportunity to compete, while Bigpoint could potentially generate significantly higher revenue and player activity during the limited event period.
We kindly ask you to consider activating reduced prices for event consumables, ammunition, and upgrades before the event ends. We believe this would greatly increase participation, purchases, and overall engagement, especially among returning players.
