Repeated failure in event without response since 2022

    Hello!!
    I've already used the search engine. I've read all the archived threads about this bug, and I've seen that by default the forum team just copies and pastes a response from 2022.

    I wonder if after 3 years of continuous threads reporting the same error, they haven't
    realized that it's not enough to just exit, restart, and press F5.



    I don't know if this is a move to prevent new players from joining the servers and a clear
    intention to shut down the game without informing users of any deadline, or if it's just a
    total lack of interest in player support.
