Support registered through 3rd party site

Two or three days ago I read about Pirate Storm somewhere so I googled to play it. One of the first links I came across through was a third party site where I already had an account so I decided to play from there not knowing that it was a 3rd party site for this game.

Today I figured out that this website created the account for me. Therefor I cannot register my email, change my password or anything else since I don't know anything about my account information other than my player id, the server I play on and my pirate name. Is it possible to obtain this data somehow? I can play on the official site, but only if I signed in through the 3rd party website first.

Not really feeling to start over again since the first day I had a sick game session and ended up somewhere in zone 8 with the questline and got ~26k diamonds without the 5k you get from verifying your email. Would take me a week to get where I was within a day which is not exactly motivating.

I'm sorry to inform you that it is not possible to perform such an action as it would violate the terms and conditions of the partners agreement . I'm afraid that if you wish to have an account with the main game site you would need to register again and start from the beginning. We are unable to transfer accounts from 3rd parties.

However please note that in some circumstances when a 3rd party stops hosting Piratstorm (such as Yahoo games in the past) a solution was arranged whereby players accounts were migrated.

Thanks for your reply. Is there any other disadvantage I have by being registered through a third party site other than not being able to verify my email and a chance of losing my account if the third party site decides to stop hosting pirate games? Such as not being able to participate in certain events and/or give aways?

 

Hi,

As far as in game pvp / pve events events go, you should be able to participate in all in-game events that are currently available. Some tabs in the 'Friends' section in game will not be available due to your registered data being held by a third party. You will be unable to receive newsletters. Participation in the New Moon Lottery will also not be possible as far as I know.
