  1. Why is the BP-team responsible for PS not responding to anything? and how do we know that our complaints are seen and not just ignored?

    I've upgrade item 3 x 9-pounder and 1 x 18-pounder, but question does not complete. why?
    first i have upgrade 3 x 9-pounder. but 18-pounder need 3 profession level, my have is level 2.
    about 3 day, my workshop is level up, then i am upgrade 18-pounder and complete, but question does not complete. on mission 3 x 9-pounder with icon check and mission 1 x 18-pounder is gone. WHY?

    i am sorry for bad english, i am still learning english.
    but, could you resolve this??? :(
    or, i has not complete the mission???

    need my user ID?
     
  5. Wedgewood, I think Frank was referring to pretty much all the comments in the forums--does BP actually see the complaints or even better, the suggestions here?

    Comments and suggestions are forwarded to the team on a weekly basis and as such are read by the team.

  8. Yellow was right, I reffered to all the comments in the forum. I trust your word that the issues are forwarded, but I feel like they ignore us.
    I change my questions - how do they react when you forward the issues, do they have any respons/thoughts? Are your mails about issues one sided in the way that you send them in, but dosent get a answer in return (or a generic one)? Do you get any messages about the future of the game or most importantly a status on the forwarded issue? Other than sending issues on a weekly basis, how else can you conctact them?

    And so on, and so on - I want to know the link between the fourm to the mod to the PS-team. All information about this would be much appreciated or anything else you can give related to this.

    well sending in weekly basics is problematic when you deal with events
    lets see what happened with halloween
    event did not start as scheduled
    people post in forum the event has not started
    how many hours and hours it took to have an English moderator to post there is problems with the game and all goes 1 day behind
    Spanglish forum do it in first hour, the czecz forum do it , the english forum was silence

    and lets continue
    event started and the achievement chest was not started, or to say it better they activates the previous year chest by mistake
    it took 4-5 days for company to short that out and launch the correct chest
    and event that was buggy with 1 quest not kicking in to close the chest

    so the weekly basis is problematic because some issues, needs a more immediate attention and solution

    so know how the developers take 1 day to launch the event, and they manage to launch it buggy that only them now
    if people did not post it in the forum and in support tickets would the company even realized the event was not launched correctly?
    so who gave the green light to launch the event which was not ready?

    the update and idea pool it is okey to be on weekly basis, some other issues that will take time to solve yes in the weekly basis
    but some issues can not wait 1 week

    as far as i remember i have seen 1 time the announcement of 2 new battlegrounds from us from the developers, we have the 1 ursus so we are waiting for another 1?

    what frank the pro is trying to say

    is we need some kind of respond
    we need someone from the forum moderators or from the developers responding to us
    then we know that the company cares, and looking in the issues

    why not an official answer about the 10 pounders and the workshop??
    melt them down for cannonballs
    or melt them down for fire?

    so many times this was put forward, you send it? and what is going on?
    what is their thoughts? they like the idea, and if do not why?
    i can understand that many ideas will be turned down because the company will loose money
    but some ideas would really improve the game play and not affect the income of the company why not?

    there was also a poll that all voted we wont an official response from the company that someone is looking in the forum and hear us. even that has been unreplied.

    so we need some kind of dialogue with the company
    because so far it has been worse than talking to a wall

    Sorry for the delay in replying to your emails. We fill out a weekly report regarding the game which is then forwarded. We also communicate directly with any immediate problems that arise. Obviously due to the time differences some times issues can take longer to be resolved. The issues we mention are often times already known about as they have been forwarded by other locality moderators.

    Regarding messages of updates etc when we are informed of them they are posted in the forums accordingly. When issues are reported we are updated / responded to if the issue has not already been addressed / is being addressed and a message been sent out already to us. :)

    If i understand the whole subject, moderators local teams send reports to BP. And BP sometimes informs the local teams for events, announcements etc.
    But moderators local teams:
    1/ are not proactive with BP headquarters and don't ask for primary information
    2/ BP customers & players stay completely blind about what the company is planning, developing, testing and so on.
    We know nothing about new events, before testing something on server test xD
    All international game developing companies communicate to their customers about game development, events, customers feedback etc.
    Why not Big Point?


    We (this is my personal opinion of course, but i think most of the players already agree or would agree on it):

    1°) ask for more COMMUNICATION from Big Point

    I don't speak about moderation here, i speak about Developers team for the gam, Marketers of the game, and people responsible for global game strategy future.

    And 2°) we would like our requests to the Support be really taken into consideration.
    And don't get always the same type of answer, eg. "We transferred your request to the related Department"... without anymore message. What is becoming our request after that? Which department? Do they have read it or dealen with it????? We know nothing.

    I read the same comments on spanish forum and french forums too...
    Players requests/comments seem to be completely ignored by the company.
    Lot of players propose new developments for the game on the forums, how many % of these ideas are read, studied or implemented???

    All that is really frustrating.
    We would all like to get a better game and spend more money, but at the end, for what????!!!

    So much players leave the game, for lot of different reasons.
    But one of the main causes is probably that BP does not listen its customers, isn't it?

    The latest example is the new PVP Season event which has been recently tested....
    Tested for what? what is expecting BP from that test? from the customer point of view?
    Because several comments from players have been deleted by some local Moderators team.
    And BP launches new events with so few explanations or FAQ... only the english forum gave little information on it.
    No good information from BP = no good testing = no good event launch ;)
