PvP Season on Arabic (Test) Server

GUYS PVP SYSTEM IS COMING TO COME BACK LETS COME BACK TOGETHER

 

Hello everyone, i got informed that a pvp season is being tested on arabic server and i saw the items of the 2 seasons that actually occured back in 2017. The arabic server is now the test server of the game. I would like to ask you @WaterWillow and @Jolly-Bonesjack if you can provide us with any info about what is going on behind the scenes about the game. Are we going to have a pvp season in the EU and LATAM servers? Is there any other update you would like to inform us about ?
Im asking on behalf of all the PS community because these kinda things are really exciting.

Yes. There are plans to bring back a 3rd PVP Season. It may be a combination of PVP Season 1 & 2 or a completely new season with a new ship & rewards. Both season rewards are showing on the Arabia Server to simply test if the program files for these seasons are still usuable. The test of the PVP Season began Saturday, June 7th. There are no current plans to launch the PVP Season on any other server at this time.

If players wish to test the PVP Season on the Arabia, that would be great! They would have a better idea if the insignias above the player ships & player rankings are being displayed correctly.

There is also discussion of trying to revert back to the old PVP System to make it easier for small accounts to acquire skulls & pvp points. Also, there will be an attempt to fix the Arena Season & Summer Event Icons.

It will be a matter of prioritizing which issues to tackle first.

Lastly, the Pirate Storm Facebook page is currently active. Positive Suggestions made on the Facebook page may prove beneficial. Negative Comments concerning bans, etc. are defeating the purpose of listening to players when considering trying to make fixes in the game. As the saying goes, "You get more with sugar than with salt".

When the Forum Team learns of updates, we will post in the Forum.

I’m really glad to hear that there are plans to bring back the PVP Season and that the Arabia server is being used for testing. It shows that the game still has support and that the community is being considered.
I’d like to suggest that, when bringing back the PVP Season, you also consider making it more accessible for new or smaller accounts. As mentioned in the forum post, returning to the old skulls and PVP points system would be a great way to balance the game and attract new players.
It would also be amazing to see older events return with updated rewards and visual fixes for arena and event icons.

We would like to thank you very much for bringing us this long-awaited news. Only those who play Pirate Storm with passion know how much we have been waiting for an update like this. Players from the WOA, CAV guilds and the entire Latam community are excited and committed to actively participating in this new phase of testing and evolution of the game.
We have some constructive suggestions that we believe could benefit both players and the company:
Account Rehabilitation System: Many old and experienced players have been banned for various reasons, but still have a great desire to return and invest in the game. We suggest the possibility of a system where players can pay to recover their accounts, bringing profit to the company and revitalizing the active user base.
Passes and Rewards: The introduction of a Battle Pass, skins, visual upgrades and other cosmetic or progression items would be an excellent way to encourage financial investment in the game, offering value to both the company and the players.
Focus on PvP, but with an eye on the bigger picture: We know that the current focus is on the PvP Season, which is excellent. However, we also ask for attention to other areas of the game, such as events, arena, map balancing, and newbie progression. This would bring more consistency and maintain player interest in the long term.
Finally, we have one request: that negative and toxic criticism be filtered out and that the voices of those who truly want the best for the game be heard with affection. The Latam community is happy and excited about this new phase, and we want to collaborate positively in any way possible.

@WaterWillow The main issue we need to address, is significantly reducing the cost of the items, especially the ships with skulls and the points of arena items. Servers like EU3 with little to very little activeness makes it impossible for us to get arena points in 2vs2 and 3vs3. Same with the skulls. Lets make sure to reduce the cost of arena points and skulls for the items. Thanks in advance!

The intent is to fix problematic issues with the game. Although hard to acquire, what you mention is not a technical issue. I am sure your suggestions are made somewhere in the Update & Idea Section of the Forum.

before the PvP system should run smoothly again, the original total ranking should be shown again. since the PvP system is no longer running, the total PvP is also displayed buggy or has been visually reset. The points that have been collected over the years (5 million PvP points +) are still there. see PvP crown on the map even if it is not the crown you would actually have (top 1000 crown instead of top 10 crown on the map).

Are you referring to the Arabia Server?

 

In general, the problem has existed for years.

 

There are plenty of issues with the pvp system ranking. The highest rank is the golden crown. This isnt displayed in any server at all. The maximum displayed on top of the ships is the black crown which is the lower crown of the 4 (golden, silver, bronze and black). Also, the list of the pvp points for the players has been reset 1-2 times in the last 5 years and is showing an inaccurate amount of points collected during that time. The third issue is the items and skulls, we cant access or see them at all. All these issues i am talking about are on the normal servers, not the arabia (testing one). If you can make sure that these issues are resolved in arabia, together with the wings that are the rank of every pvp season work, then the pvp system is working.
I don't have the time to personally check the arabia server so if you can find someone to test and check the problems i listed above then you will have your answers.

Exactly! That’s what I mean. Unfortunately, this problem has existed for years. Old accounts have 5 million PvP points and more.
The crown in the middle used to show the overall leaderboard over the past 13 years — exactly what players had accumulated over the years (top 1, top 10, etc.)

I assume that the points are still in the database and are just not displayed.

Hello WaterWillow i would like to suggest for this pvp system to check if it works the purchase and its running smoothly to ask the dev team to reduce the amount of pvp points and skulls to purchase items of the war master merchant , last time the season was active we had the bug of the bloods where we could buy them for 0 skulls and accounts without blood ended with 1-2K of that item
