Problems playing

I have been unable to play for over 24 hours. I can log in but the wheel just keeps spinning. I have tried the suggestions shown but still can't play. In the meantime I am not getting points for invasions, log in bonuses etc.. This is on US1 server. Any ideas?

 

I get that too---simply F-5 over and over again until you get a loading bar (it may take 3 or 4 tries)

This is a known issue. Amnesia is correct. A temporary solution when this occurs is to refresh the connection. This can be done by the method posted above or by clicking once in the address bar and hitting the enter key on your keyboard.

I tried this method. I hit F-5 over 25 times and still no results. I tried clicking on the address bar-no results. Any other ideas? Thanks for the help.

There are a series of troubleshooting procedures that you can use to determine the root cause of the problem.

1. Check that your flash player is up to date. This can be done by visiting Adobe Flash's website. If it is out of date or there is a newer version available you can try resolving this issue by updating it.

2. Check to see if your browser or a plug-in for your browser is preventing the game from loading correctly. This can be done by loading the game through another browser. If it loads correctly in one of the many browsers then the browser you have been using has a setting or plug in which is preventing the game from loading.

3. Clearing your browser cache is a primary means of addressing web-based game loading issues. By clearing your browser's cache you will prompt the newest version of the game data to be downloaded. This, in certain circumstances, does solve loading game issues. This can also improve the speed and performance of your browser which may also be affecting your ability to play the game. Clearing your cookies can also help in addressing this issue but not to the same extent.

4. Clearing your flash cache is similar in principle to clearing your browser's cache except that another type of data is stored there. Try clearing your flash cache to see if this resolves your game loading issue.

I tried all of this. I used google chrome,firefoxand internet explorer. I used 3 different computers at 3 different locations. I can still log in but the game will not load.
